Our Beginning
Gluckstadt Trailer was founded in March 2003, but the idea began long before that.
While serving on my first deployment to Iraq, I needed to purchase a trailer before leaving. What should have been a simple process, turned into a frustrating experience. Finding a dealer was difficult, and getting a trailer delivered was even harder. After returning from my third deployment, I decided our community deserved better.
That’s when Gluckstadt Trailer was born.

At the time, local service options were limited. There wasn’t much competition, and customers didn’t have many affordable, reliable choices. I saw an opportunity to build something different, to build a business rooted in service, efficiency, and fairness.
By building a strong network of low-overhead vendors, we’re able to offer low-markup inventory and keep our pricing competitive without sacrificing quality. Our goal has always been simple: provide better options for the people in our community.
